Firefights in Pueblo, Colorado recently saved the life of a pregnant dachshund who was pulled out of a house fire in a residential neighborhood.

According to KKTV News, no one was home at the time of the fire (which is still under investigation), but firefighters went into the burning building to try to rescue the dogs. They administered oxygen to the frightened dachshund using an oxygen mask custom-made for animals. It’s unknown at this time if the dachshund is the only survivor, or if any other dogs lived.
