Meet Nevzat Aydin. He’s a Turkish businessman who recently sold his 15 year old food delivery company Yemeksepeti and made $27 million in profit. Instead of pocketing the cash, Aydin decided to divvy it up among his 114 employees (which works out to roughly a $237,000 bonus each). Why did he do it? According to CNN, Aydin explained that his company’s “success story did not happen overnight and many people participated in this journey with their hard work and talent.”
