Reddit user vex311 reports that a steampunk Abraham Lincoln statue has recently appeared in the historic town of Lockport, Illinois, located 30 miles southwest of Chicago. The statue was discovered in Lincoln Landing, a downtown park and is part of “The Visionaries: Summer Art Series” designed to showcase Lockport, a canal town known for its limestone buildings, museums and nature paths.
